im new to this board ... i would like to interduce myself ...
im a female 28 yrs old ...
a mom of one child (boy) one yrs old ...
and the reason why i join this board because i want to lose my pregnancy weight ... and share experince with you guys ... im not new for the atkins diet i have been on it before along time and here iam again .. looking to do it after my pregnancy because i found it the most sucsseful diet plan which works for me and works for every body i know ...
but i has been really a long time since i have been into atkins .... and i forgot .. some of the food allowed list ... of course i didnt forgot that there is no bread allowed
... also pasta .. rice .. and all the tasty carbd which we all love ...
To make the long story short ... im trying to do it now with my own .. with out a doctor consulting .. ( because before when i did it i was following up with my doctor but now im looking to save that money since i know the whole idea of atkin and i want to restart it again)
but guys i feeling little confuse about some stuff ...
first my goal is to lose 44 pound .. im 176 lbs now and i want to be 132lbs
1- how long should i safley do the first phase .. with 20 gram of carb??
2- i'm allowed to use honey?? in the morning because my favorite breakfats if 2-3 tsp of honey over a heavy cream ( well i know heavy cream i allowed but im not sure about the honey)
3- i'm allowed to use milk ? for my mocha coffee?? puls natural brown suger not refiend suger ...
4- Is it okay to use whole grain brown crunchy slices i use 4 silce and 8 slice contains 40 grams of carb .. i use 4 slice which means only 20 gram
5- Can i have dark chocolate for dessert?? like dark chocolate bars with 80% pure coca??
6- What vitamines supplemnts i should take during atkins?? im using now chromium picolinate 200 mcg because they told me its good for fat burning .. what do u think anyone got an idea about it and is it fine to use it with atkins???
please guys ... anyone knows about these stuff inform me about them are they fine to use ..???
