    Hi my name is Omar
    is the second time I'm gonna do Atkins ,I don't want to hear my 5 year old son telling me that I'm fat again
    this time is for real!


    I started Atkins today along with my exercise, I'm also doing the couch to 5k challange and feeling great about it.

    Hi Omar and welcome! I'm pretty new too, I encourage to you to read lots and post lots, it keeps your head in the game, so to speak!

      Welcome back, Omar!

      It sounds like you have a great exercise plan and motivation to keep you going. Remember to drink your water and take a multi to help keep your energy up.

      And check out the Second Time Around Club because the morning check in helps keep you accountable.

              Hi Omar! One of my students calling me fat was my inspiration too! Actually, he said "Christina why do you keep getting bigger?" The kid was 10.
