Today is my first day on the induction phase. I have also been strength training for about a week, so hopefully that will help. I am looking to lose 30lbs. by mid July. I am very determined to do this and make it a WOL. After recently having a baby, I was diagnosed with hypothyroid. Before having a baby I was diagnosed with PCOS, so I went on LC and lost about 20lbs. and ended up getting pregnant. YEAH!!! I think that the weightloss helped me in that area. Now, I am wanting to get to a healthy weight and tone as I do it.
