Hi everyone

My name is CoCo and this is my first time doing Atkins! I'm so excited!! All of the before and after pictures have been so inspirational to me! I am 28 yrs old, and I have 45 lbs to lose (i say 50). I look forward to encouraging you all as you do the same for me!

I have been a yo-yo dieter for many years and like most people I've tried everything else on the market. I am SOOO confident that atkins in going to work for me! I started last friday 3/27 and as of today I've already lost 7lbs!! WOO HOO!!

I'll probably do extended induction and I will be posting my before pics on the other forum! Soooo... good luck to everyone and I'll speak to you soon!!

Welcome to ADBB Coco! You sound enthusiastic and off to a great start - keep up the great work!

Learn & follow the rules of induction, only eat the allowed foods, exercise daily and drink at least 64oz of water a day and you'll be at your goal before you know it!
