hey all, i thought i'd give a quick quick quick introduction,
I'm 21, Female, 5'7"
This is my second time doing atkins, first time was in the summer i only did it for 4 days and lost 7lbs (water), but my friend convinced me i'd have a heart attack.
I've read Atkins Age Defying Diet, Good Calories Bad Calories, Life without Bread, and i have come to realize i won't have a heart attack, and i do want to give it my all.
I think this is the healthiest lifestyle out there (what's better then eating fresh whole foods?!)
I'm not totally set on my goal weight, i have to see what i feel like when i get to a weight that feels good. I will be doing induction until that point.
If anyone's in a similar boat, and would like to be my buddy, let me know!
