Hi to everyone. I am new to the board. I been doing Atkins for 3 weeks now. I been reading the board for that long to but was having troubles getting on. I have lost 6lbs.
I am 5'3" and weighing in at 170lbs since I lost that 6lbs. I am hoping to get my weight down to 130 by August. But I will be ok at 140lbs.
I have always been on the heavy side even in school. I been on every kind of diet you can think of, even pills from the doctors. The least amount I weighed is 148lbs. I lost that on weight watchers but of course it didn't last. My weakness is bread. To my surprise I haven't crave bread since I started this 3 weeks ago.
