    Hey everyone,

    My names Rima and im new here [obviously] lol but anyways im 19 from london and im about to start the atkins diet and thought id join this forum to kind of help me to stick at it =] anyways i hope your all well and umm i dont no what else to say lol

      Hey Rima! We're pretty close age and geographical location-wise. (M'from Ireland, though currently in the US).

          welcome Rima -- a couple things that will help you are the rules of induction and list of foods which are acceptable on induction. You can find that information here:
