    Hello All! New to this board but not to the diet. I am in my 4th month (started jan.1st 2009) and already lost 51 lbs. I love the atkins diet b/c it is so easy for me! No counting, or pre packaged meals, and I always feel full and have gotten passed the cravings! Joined this board to make some new friends and get ongoing support!

      Wow, great job! I have about 19 to go & just passed induction. I wish I had known about this diet before I got married. Well, congrats on your success Skinny Minnie!

              start was 235, today is 183 goal is 135 so I still have a way to go but I WILL get there!
