My name is Ruve 53years young 155cm tall and weighing 76 kg I want to satrt the diet but I can't figure out where to get it from.
Have always struggled with my weight, it's time for a new start, so please help me

Welcome to the board!!
You need to start by getting the book Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002). It explains the diet and is a really good source.
