My name is Jennifer and I am new to Atkins and weightloss in general. I am currently working with a doctor who suspects PCOS -- we're just waiting on confirmation. From all of my own research, I believe that Atkins is a healthy diet that will help me to lose weight and manage the symptoms of PCOS.

I am a non-bio SAHM of two, a 2.5 year old spunky boy , and a 2.5 month old happy girl . DP has agreed to make the Atkins committment.

I am here for support, recipes, etc. Can't wait to get to know ya'll.

    Cheers!

Hi Jennifer, welcome to the group.....Glad you found us and joined. Lots of folks with PCOS do well on Atkins so even if that happens, you'll do fine. We have a great cookbook and a recipe section and Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home LInda also has a good selection.
    Welcome again.

Hi Jennifer -- there is a PCOS support area here on the board -- I'm sure you can find some great information there. PCOS & Atkins Low Carb Living - Atkins Diet I wish you much luck on your journey!
