I started Atkins about 4 weeks ago--still doing inductions. Start Weight 203. Goal Weight 140.
I've known others that this diet has work wonders for, so I'm hoping it will work for me, although at week 4, I've still not lost any weight, so I'm beginning to get discouraged.

You are experiencing post induction stall. Move up to rung 1. Helps a lot of people break the stall.
