  • Hi from Ireland

    :wave
Hello everyone, Im new here and thought I'd introduce myself.
My name is Shannie, Im 40yrs old and live in Ireland.
I've been doing Atkins about 5 weeks now, Im 5ft 2" (stretching!) started out at 202lbs, now weigh 182 lbs and am aiming for 140lbs as my initial goal. I have some questions which I'll be submitting later but Im glad to meet with like minded people who understand the hard work that goes into weight loss. I'll be asking for help off and on and will offer any hints or tips that are helping me. I'm new to forums, so if I slip up from time to time please let me know.

    Nice to be here
    Shannie
    Shannie,
One day I'll be slim again!!

Thank you all so much for your words of welcome and your encouragement too, all completely undeserved now Im afraid. I feel like such a heel, one day Im joining a forum practically bragging about what a good girl I've been for the past five weeks and today I fell completely off the wagon and ate a whole 8" pizza and as if that wasn't bad enough I went for the choccie biscuits too, and I didn't stop at one or two!! :anger :anger :anger Im so annoyed with myself, and i have no idea why I did it :confused

Welcome to ADBB and congrats for your current success. I just read about your setback today. If good is going to come from it, learn from the mistake and prevent it from happening again. Glad you joined our family of Atkineers.
