    Hi, I'm Dawn. I actually found this board while looking to see if Atkins bars might be slowing me down. And I found exactly what I needed. I'm trying to decide whether or not to totally commit to the Atkins plan. Thanks for being welcoming and I look forward to learning from you all!

    Well, to do Atkins successfully for life, it certainly does take a full commitment. And the best way to decide whether the plan is for you or not, is to gather as much information as you can about it. And the #1 source is the book that this board is based upon - the 2002 edition of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution.

    It's also wonderful that you found this board! Tons of information and personal experiences to read about. Don't forget to check out the "stickies" at the top of each of the forums. If you have any questions, please feel free to start a thread in the appropriate forum and ask away. There are a lot of great folks here, who are more than willing to help.
