Hello all - Starting again for the 3rd or 4th serious time. I've never made it past 40 pounds lost before, but I'm feeling so run down and worn out that I feel more motivated this time. My first minigoal is to get below 400, then to show some real weight loss by my next doctor visit in about 3 months.
I've been on this board before, a long time ago, and know what a great place it is for support and encouragement. I look forward to going on the weight loss journey with all of you.
