I went on this diet back in 2006 and did very well. I think I lost a total of 23 lbs. I was down to 148 lbs. I just got lazy and started eating carbs and drinking pop and here I am at 186lbs and that is down from 194lbs. from 14 days ago.
I'm glad to be here due to some questions I have. First, I can't seem to get any further into ketosis than the "small" amount. Secondly, I have only lost 8 lbs. and that was all lost in the first week. Is this normal?

yeah, it's normal. As for ketosis, those sticks can't tell the story unless you are constantly peeing on them
You could be spilling more through your breath or more other times of day when you're not measuring. Any shade of pink or purple is fine.
