I originally signed up on this forum because I was going through a serious stall and hoping to find some answers. I've been on induction for 3 weeks and until about 4 days ago I had only lost about 5 pounds. I decided to look around first before posting and decided I'd just keep counting carbs and try to wait it out
Suddenly four days ago, I dropped 5 pounds seemingly overnight. I was shocked and excited and decided to go on a bike ride to celebrate [and treated myself to half of an avocado]. The next day I was up half a pound. I was frustrated and decided to just ignore the scale for the next two days.
I weighed myself a few minutes ago. I was 286. Down a whopping ten pounds in two days.
Is this... possible? Is it healthy?
I'm 20 years old, ride my bike about 5 or more miles a day, and try to drink about 72 ounces of water a day.
Can someone really lose 10 pounds in two days on Atkins?
Or did I break the scale?
