    i am starting atkins tommorow i need a food list anyone know were i can find one?

    in chapter 11 of the book DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 or newer.

    Do yourself a favor and invest the $7 in a book it will be the best inestment you make in yourself.
    in the mean time look in the stickie in the induction forums or the FAQ forum
    by the book atkinseer

      also try websites like www.half.com there is one on there for 75 cents right now. But remember to get the 2002 (or maybe it's 2001) version. Atkins for Life isn't used as much around here.

        Hi Wackyone. It really is important that you read the book. If you can't buy it right now, check it out from your local library. In the meantime here's a list and a little info to get you started



        If you want to be successful, and I know you do! Read the book and then come here w/ anything you don't understand and everyone will be glad to help you out!

              Definitely read the book. Also check out www.atkins.com that will get you the basics to get started correctly.
