Just a quick post to introduce myself!
I'm back to the atkins diet after losing 26Ibs at the end of last year
I reached my goal weight and loved it, unfortunalty i started to eat lots of chocolate and sugar filled treats thinking it would be ok as i was going to the gym....bad thinking, i've gained 13 Ibs pounds back and so i'm starting induction again and today is day two
Do you think it will be harder round this time to lose weight? I hope not

Everyone is different, so it's hard to say how fast or slow you'll go, but better to have to lose 13 pounds this time than the whole 26!! Check out the STAC forum....Second Time Around Club....
