      Welcome to the board, Jessica!

It's always nice to have someone doing the diet with you because you only have to cook 1 meal instead of 1 for each of you.

The best of luck to you!

Warm welcome aboard Jessica! Nice to have you with us here.
Having a partner to share your Atkins journey with is really cool. It helps so much from a practical standpoint and an emotional one too.

            Re: Officially Began Induction

Welcome to you and your husband. Make sure you do a clean induction, drink at least 64 ounces of clear water everyday and exercise....it's that easy! The variety of food we eat is remarkable and the recipe sites are loaded with great ideas for each meal. I hope you have and are reading the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) book - it's what we use here.

Good luck to both of you!
