Starting Induction on 04/15/2009!!!

HELLLOOOO, ANYONE THERE??? I am officially starting induction tommorrow!!! I have been going back and fourth as I am sure we all have at one time or another ... I am 5'7 and a whooping 250lbs!!! I need as much help and support as possible ... All of your before and after photo's have been an inspiration to me!!!

Hiya, we're here. Congratulations on deciding to take a step toward losing weight and improving your health. Don't worry about your current weight loss goals; whether they're high or low, the main thing is to regain control of your life. I have roughly 75 pounds to lose so I'm certainly no stranger to a tall order. You're on the right track. Keep it up and don't be afraid to ask questions. Best of luck!

welcome to ADBB Shannon!!! You are in the right place for help, support and a great way of living. I hope you have the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book (DANDR) and have read it. To begin with you can find great information on induction here:

Make sure you plan meals in advance so you will be less likely to eat something you shouldn't. Remember...if it's not on the acceptable food list it doesn't go in your mouth! Here are a few recipe sites to keep you from eating the same thing over and over.
