Hi I am new!

My name is Lisa, I live in the northeast, and as you can guess, I have 3 daughters ages 14, 9 and 8. I am 45 years old and need to lose about 30-40 lbs (yikes).

The good news is that I have been successful in the past with similar plans (South Beach). The bad news is I travel alot for work, so any plan tends to be pretty challenging.

hi Mom -- welcome to ADBB. This plan makes taking things with you so easy -- you'll need a cooler or mini fridge for your car but it's totally doable! Bags of veggies, deviled or hard boiled eggs, lunchmeat rolled with cream cheese inside, pork rinds, already cooked chicken breast, pork chops, roast beef, whatever you like can all be taken and eaten as you drive down the road. Get a small container of Hellman's mayo to take with you to dunk your meat & veggies in -- you'll stay full longer!
