  • Hello I am new:) (again)

    Hello my name is Sheila. I have done induction before it has been some time now. I am feeling the aches and pains of being overweight not to mention the depression it can bring. I am looking forward to eating better and feeling better. (weightloss will be a huge bonus) I started a daily journal for food and exercise and water intake. I hope I put it in the right place.(journal stats)
    Anyways, I have brought my sister along for the good ride this time.
    I look forward to making new friends along the way.

    Hiya Sheila! Welcome... to both you and your sister! Cool that you have someone to follow the plan with. Makes a huge difference to be able to encourage and be encouraged by someone close.

    Seems like you have a good plan (journal, water, exercise), so I'm sure we'll soon be reading of your success.
