    Hi to all! I am new to this site, but not so new to the Atkins 'diet'. I lost a considerable amount of weight on this about 3 years ago or so, and well, life happened. Unfortunately I gained more than a considerate amount of weight and am attempting once again to regain my control back! So, I am introducing myself and so far, this looks like a great place to get the support that I am so needing!

    Welcome. Nice to hear you had success before.
    Just remember not to be surprised if this time around is different than your previous journey.
    We also have a for called STAC - second time around club - you may want to check it out.
