    Hi my name is Sarah and I am on day 3 of induction, not feeling too bad at the moment. I love reading all your weight loss journeys and it is giving me so much encouragement. Any daily menus for Induction would be great. Thanks xx

    I'm glad you haven't been hit by the induction flu and are doing well.

        Glad you haven't been hit by the induction flu. If you follow the plan to the letter, it'll work well for you. Keep us posted!

          Thanks for all your lovely words of support, on day four, got the book and reading it from cover to cover. Look forward to posting weight loss (hopefully) at end of induction. Going to get my inspiration now and read more of your fantastic journeys. xxxxxxxxxxx
