Hi I'm brand new to this forum. I have the 2003 Atkins book, but have not commited to doing the diet yet. I bought the book 6 years ago and did the diet for a week, then quit. Back then I was a carbo freak and the only meat I liked was chicken. My tastes have totally changed and I eat all sorts of meats, seafood, eggs etc. and prefer it to carbs. I was thinking of doing the program again. I am going to read the whole book and think about it. I am also going to read this forum to see what people think, how much they are losing, and general info about the program and how to follow it.
