    hey everyone im not new to this i started my first time about 2 yrs ago i had a success but lost motivation. So here i am again summer is near an i want 2 be comfortable not just sitting in the house or going out being the funny girl so focus is left from my weight so theres my introduction

        Thanks so much for your support already im starting 2 morrow i need scale to weigh myself and look back over my book (yes ive read it twice hehe)
