I swear I logged in a few weeks back but the system can't find me so here I am again :O)
I'm starting back on Atkins after many years break. About 10 years ago I started on the plan and lost 18kgs in 3 months, I was going so well, and then one day I decided to have pasta for lunch and it was like giving a junky a new fix - I never went back and slowly but surely gained all my weight and more.
I've had a few ill attempts since then but wasn't on the forums so I'm hoping this will help hugely to give and receive support along the way.
So it's back to the basics for me. I have the book on hand and raring to go... *** Hellooooo Induction ***
My biggest problem with Atkins is lunchtime. If I run out of time and don't get sorted I find the options are a bit limited at the local cafe's.
Q. What do you all do when you're out and about and it's lunchtime?
Oooh another question. Does anyone else have problems with constipation on this plan?

But if I have to do something suddently - burgers without the bun have been OK for me. Some salads in restaurants are fine. Grilled meats and fish are usually OK. Keep working on it you will figure it out. You need plenty of motivation though
