so here we go:
20-04-2009 MONDAY
Breakfast:Omelette of 6 eggs (haha I was hungry) and a glass of limonade with sweetener(splenda)
Lunch: hahaha now come the funny part ..I didnt feel hungry at allllll... after such a huge breaky in the morning.
Dinner: 350 grm steak with half a glass of coke zero
Fitness: 2 Slendertone sessions in level 6 (pro) as i go at the gym 3 times a week.
21-04-2009 Tuesday:
Breakfast: 3 pieces of pork and 2 glasses of water after this.
Lunch: tuna and half a glass and half a glass of coke zero
Dinner: Huge steak and half a glass of coke zero, some chillis mmmmmmmm delicious THE BEST
Fitness: 1 Slendertone session in level 6 (pro).
22-04-2009 Wednesday
Breakfast : 5 egss omelette with one piece of bakon. glass of coke zero
Lunch: 2 can of tuna in sunflower oil and water.
Dinner: Steak and salad. Glass of coke zero
Fitness: 1 hour complete training at the gym (weight and cardio)
1 Slendertone session in level 6 (pro)
