    Hellow Again! HOW IS YOUR ATKINS GOING?

    This will be a report where I will be writing day by day about my meals and exercise during the 14 days induction. I hope it will be useful not only to my but to u.


    FEEL FREE TO ADVICE ME ABOUT ANY MISTAKE I MAKE DURING THIS PERIOD, YOUR COMMENTARIES WILL BE ALWAYS WELCOME AND APPRECIATED. You can also write as a feedback ur own diary so it help me too!

    so here we go:

    20-04-2009 MONDAY


    Breakfast:Omelette of 6 eggs (haha I was hungry) and a glass of limonade with sweetener(splenda)


    Lunch: hahaha now come the funny part ..I didnt feel hungry at allllll... after such a huge breaky in the morning.

    Dinner: 350 grm steak with half a glass of coke zero

    Fitness: 2 Slendertone sessions in level 6 (pro) as i go at the gym 3 times a week.



    21-04-2009 Tuesday:

    Breakfast: 3 pieces of pork and 2 glasses of water after this.


    Lunch: tuna and half a glass and half a glass of coke zero

    Dinner: Huge steak and half a glass of coke zero, some chillis mmmmmmmm delicious THE BEST

    Fitness: 1 Slendertone session in level 6 (pro).



    22-04-2009 Wednesday


    Breakfast : 5 egss omelette with one piece of bakon. glass of coke zero

    Lunch: 2 can of tuna in sunflower oil and water.

    Dinner: Steak and salad. Glass of coke zero

    Fitness: 1 hour complete training at the gym (weight and cardio)
    1 Slendertone session in level 6 (pro)

    Hellow!!! so happy to be here with all of u and knowing we have a common porpouse, that make things to much easier hehe lets kick once for all that naughty kilos....


    My name is Andrea, Im 25, height 172 cms, actual weight 56 and my goal is to lose 1 stone (6 kilos) ... I know it will take a while as i love food and Im not overweight... but dreaming to come back to my old weight: 50.

    Beginning on the 20 of April, so it make this my first day... every day i will be here giving u news about what i have eaten and sport done.

      Nice to meet you Andrea - look forward to see what happens. There is a journal section at ADBB you may want to check out.

        I was also going to suggest you start a journal or a blog. One journal called Stats only you can record stuff in, Journal chats is where folks can come visit.

        Be careful of the lemonade made with fresh lemons as there is almost 3 carbs per ounce of juice.
