Here we go!
I am completely new to ANY diet. I have never tried to loose weight, it just always seemed to "fall" off. I will be 23 tomorrow,
and after 3 kids the baby weight is sticking around this time.
After my first child I dropped down to my average BMI but now after having my 18 month old and 4 month old, its been a challenge.
I am now in the obese BMI category!
Drinking soft drinks is going to be my biggest downfall, but I have assigned myself to only drink water.
I WILL do it too! I have a goal to loose 60 lbs. in a year but don't know if thats too ambitous??
My motivation is to no longer have my 6 year old ask me why I'm fat,
and to be able to run and play with my kids without being out of breath after 2 minutes! Atkins seems like my best bet to a healthy life, especially with all the recipes everyone posts!
So here I am in all my 230 lb. glory!
I will be back to my average BMI
as opposed to *gasp* OBESE!!!!!
