Im Back

Hello everyone

I havent been on the site for awhile and my old name was deek deek.
I'm glad to be back online for the support of all of you! I started my journey on Atkins at 220lbs and lost 65 lbs and I have gain back 25 lbs. I have started and restarted I dont know how many times. Today is my first day back on induction. I was so close to my goal and then I went crazy lol. But today is the day...NO MORE CHEATING for me!

That is so cool that you were able to loose 65 pounds. You can hit your goal. Stick with it girl! Good luck.

hi Sherikie -- welcome back to Atkins....you might want to check out the STAC (second time around club). Good luck on your journey!! Check the recipe sites for great recipes to keep you from getting bored eating the same old thing over and over.

Drink at least 64 ounces of clear water a day and exercise -- you'll be loosing in no time!!
