I just started on the Atkins plan today. I tried it once and it only last three days due to the headaches I got. I did a lot of reading up on the plan before I decided to start again. I see that I just need to truck through and by the end of the week I should be feeling better. Going to need a ton of help so I am glad to find this board!!!

welcome jmc -- glad you are back and ready to give Atkins another shot. The first few days will probably be the worst you feel but also the best you feel because as you get rid of the nasties in your system you'll also be getting your health back!
Make sure you are following the 2002 DANDR book - if you don't have it yet you really need to buy a copy - Amazon has them for (including shipping) right at or under $10.00 each. I have read my copy several times in the few months I've been on the program it's a good reference when you need answers.
Make sure you eat only food on the acceptable foods list and follow the rules of induction -- stay away from the shakes and bars - they are not part of the acceptable foods list for induction and have caused stalls in several people.
Here are links to recipe sites that have wonderful foods - just make sure you are using the induction recipes until you are out of induction.
