Hi everyone. With my husband, and my son, I have decided to try the Atkins way of losing weight. We're all too heavy, and one of us is pre-diabetic. I'm the one who likes to exercise but perhaps with weight-loss, my 2 fav guys will start to exercise too. After all, we have the equipment, just need the motivation! My favourite thing to do is yoga at dawn, preferably.
We have a collie (like Lassie), who I walk
every day, but it's his walk not mine. I enjoy biking more, so in the nice weather, I slowly bike along so our dog can keep up. Actually, he's usually out front of me anyway!
I'll be checking the different forums for tips and support on a regular basis. Thanks for being here!
