I've been lurking for a bit and decided to introduce myself. I started a low fat diet in February, but I was soon frustrated with the results. I began my Atkins journey on April 10th weighing in at 178lbs. So far, I've tripped over a few "hidden" carbs, but I'm pretty happy with my results.
I'm exercising 5 days a week and drinking more water than ever. This forum and all of the support is really great! Thanks for being here!
