i just joined. Used to pop to this boad before whenever had an atkins related question and its been really helpful. But now i;m really stuck, and was hoping if u could help me out please?
I've done 5days of atkins so far, i count my carbs, got low carb atkins chocolates as well to supress my sweet craivings, and have so far stuck to 20carbs a dau sucessfully.
I've also got the Ketostix and the they come out always positive pink (medium, about 15mg ketones).
But i am not losing weight at all. I weigh myself every morning and my scale always is the same!
(( i'm really upset, as i dont know what is going on and what am i doing wrong then? please help me!
p.s. i'm 63.2kg (139.4 pounds), which has stayed constant throught this 5 days. and my goal weight is 55kg (121.3)
Just for reference what i ate in this 5 days so far:
Day 1: 2 coffees (usually a double expresso), 4 sweeteners, 1 cream, 1/2 onion, 4 mushrooms, 6cherry tomotoes, 2 eggs fried, 2 bacaon fried, ribena light (2.6 carbs), 2 garlic cloves.
Day 2: bacon 3 pieces fried, 1 fried egg, 1/2 cubumber, atkins chocolate bar (2.1 net carbs), fish oven cooked, source for it, courgette (zucchini), atkins chocolate bar.
Day 3: atkins chocolate bar, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 onion, fish oven cooked, source for it (0.4 carbs says on a pack), peas half a cup, atkins chocolate bar.
Day 4: 2 atkins chocolate bars, monzarella cheese, chicken oven cooked, courgette (zucchini), peas popped and green streaks.
Day 5: coffe, 2 sweeteners, atkins chocolate bar, a piece of gammon (salted ham), broccoli half a cup and cauliflower half a cup, tin of tuna in sunflower oil (which i drained), 1/4 onion, and 6 little corn sticks (raw).
Please tell me what am i doing wrong? i'm really frustrated, as i count all, refurse myself food, ketostix come out positive, but scales weight dont change
