    Well this is my intro...I am officially starting the Atkins again tomorrow May 1st. I am excited because I went on the Atkins for about 6 weeks and lost 30 pounds last year, but I gave it up around the holidays and I ended up gaining back 20 of those pounds. I really liked the way the diet made me feel. I was not fatigued and had so much energy!

    Right now I weigh 275 and my goal is to get down to 160. So I have 115 pounds to lose and I know I can do it!!!

        You already know what Atkins can do, so now you just have to rid your home of the carbage, drink your water and get some exercise and the magic will happen again. Good luck to you!
