Hi, i am a returning Akinserer. I have done Atkins successfully in the past as a DIET and i lost my focus and well here i am once again. I have the knowledge in my head, i know what to do -- however, many times i lose my mojo and find myself making excuses and my infamous -- well I will start again tomorrow, the problem is THEY ARE ALWAYS TOMORROW.

I have started and stopped over and over making excuses over and over. And what's sad is i know when i am making the excuses and at that time i don't care but i always end up saying -- WHAT have i done?

I need to get out of this funk of excuses, so here i am, hoping to the knowledge and know how i have and apply it to achieve results once and for all.

    See you around the boards!!

smiles, no what i meant is every day i always say Tomorrow i will do better lol. So for me, yes tomorrow is the problem -- meaning my depending on tomorrow instead of focusing on today lol.

Yes, this is a great place, i have been a part of the boards a couple years ago, and the discussion boards helped me a lot.

        Hi Angel,

I know how it is, for me it was always on "Monday" and I would have
my "Last Pizza" on the weekend. That went on for WAY to many Mondays.

I think I had 20 of my "Last Pizza's" It became almost a joke.

So far so good, and no cravings for pizza !

HUSH YOU lol. OMG you just said the horror word lol. I am addicted to pizza!! IT is seriously my ONE food that can send it all tobbling over.

However, grins proudly lol i concocted a long time ago in my first go 'round here a pizza topping lol meal. Since i enjoy the toppings more than the crust.

Just brown up some italian sausage, i trick myself and add some shredded chicken also when i am not looking lol. Then i add veggie toppings in i usually start out with just some black olives and then as time goes on and i move up rungs, i add other veggies like zucchini and squash, i sneak in peppers sometimes, and other good veggies allowed with anywhere from 1/2 to 2 roma tomatos depending on the amount i am making, i also add fresh or dried italian seasoning and a smidgeon of garlic and then at the end, i dish some up and add a little bit of shaved Parm cheese -- freshly shaved. The little bit of tomato really sucks up the spice flavorings and it brings the whole thing together and is completely legal. Sometimes i add it to salad or i slice up some zuchhini and place it on top, Its also good wrapped in lettuce leaves.

grins, bad bad Man lol mentioning my love food lol. But seriously i feel your pain, not only for taste but its so easy to simply call and have it delivered instead of making dinner and dirting dishes for feeding one person.

            Re: Looks Deceiving

There are a couple recipes around the board for legal pizza crusts - one is made of mashed cauliflower! I have made pizza using a portabello mushroom as the 'crust'. It's awesome (I love mushrooms). You could prob put pizza toppings on a revolution roll too (haven't tried this personally).

Hi everyone, yes omg i LOVE recipes -- grins but can't cook a lick lol. Go figure. I am able to make some stuff without killing it in effort. One of my favorite things is the chicken muffins, i need to be careful though cause i love sour cream with them and the cheese count gets kinda high.

I am very excited about doing well again, its time. So i look forward to getting to know many of you and learning and sharing knowledge.
