Hey Guys my name is Petra I am 20 yrs old and I am struggling with my weight. I weigh approx 297 and thats the heaviest I have been in a long time. My goal for now is to reach 200 pounds and go from there. This is Day 4 for me. I have been doing really good except for yesterday I ate grapes and yeah didnt realize how bad that was...But Im so back on the wagon and i plan on going strong!
So far my eating consist of no carbs I know I have seen on here that yes you need some carbs but I hate counting carbs. if i do have some carbs it would be only one thing and it needs to be less than 20g. I really hope that I make it on this diet! I have failed on soooo many...and this time I just want it to be different.
