  • Hi, i'm pam and i'm new.

    Hello all,
I am new to the site.
Due to a fall, I am disabled and unable to walk other than around our small home, and unable to exercise like others are able to.
I need to shed a total of #130; that is how much I have gained since my fall in 2003.
I feel a little hopeless, and with a long way to go.
I also wanted to mention Miracle Noodles and let people know that my husband and I have been using them for the past month in various ways, and I cannot tell you how pleased we are with that product.
So, anyway, my name is Pam, and I wish everyone here the very, very best of luck.

      Welcome to the board, Pam!

Do you have the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? It's the one we use here on the board and it fully explains the diet.

I don't think the noodles are allowed on induction.

      Good luck to you.

These noodles are pure fiber. They are also called shirataki (not spelled right) so since they are relatively carbless some folks feel they are fine on induction. Its like flax meal.

Oh, welcome Pamela, Glad you found us.

I just checked out the website and can't see why it wouldn't be allowed during induction. Shoot...it opens up so many more possibilities as far as the veggies go.
