    Newby but Oldie

    Hi Guys

This is my 2nd time of doing atkins, I'm starting tomorrow, I've cleansed my kitchen and fridge and I'm ready for anything!! including those horrible sugar headaches! Just looking for a bit of support in this! I lost 35 lbs last time (2003) but as you can see i've put it all back on and then some! I'm getting married next year and want to be a beautiful bride! Need to start at square one as I've forgotten all of the old eating habits I used when doing atkins 1st time! here goes! wish me luck! ) xxx

welcome back -- you should check out the STAC (second time around club) -- you'll find much support there. I'm glad you have rid your kitchen of the junk -- that's a huge step forward.

Make sure you eat a variety of food, lots of veggies, drink plenty of water (at least 64 ounces a day) and exercise. You'll be on your road to a more beautiful you in no time!!

      Welcome to the board!

Do you have the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? It will get you up to speed on what you need to do to get the diet done right. And it's the best motivator I know of. It will be invalvable to you!
