New here wanted to say hi! Started with my wife 7 days ago.. I think i might see the 369 on the scale here in a few days.. (maybe tomorrow /hope). Wife is losing slow right now, but its to be expected since she is (much) smaller than I.

Other than that I'm happy to be here to be able to discuss my new lifestyle with friendly people.

we girls [yes, i'm a girl] tend to lose at a slower pace than the guys but we lose nonetheless. tell her to hang tough, so long as you see losses in numbers and/or inches, it's all good

sounds like you are doing great! Welcome officially to ADBB! You will find a lot of information and support here. Tell your wife we understand her losing slowly and if she needs additional support we are here for her!
