Hi, so am going to start tomorrow, bit nervous as I'm fussy with food and at the moment can't work out what I could eat for breakfast as I don't eat eggs, toms, mushrooms.... can't imagine eating meat that early! also gotta get used to frying, I grill or bake everything!
also very excited, I need to lose 3 stone tops, 2 would be great.
I have a friend that has lost over 5 stone on the AD so think she'll inspire me to keep at it.
