    Hi, so am going to start tomorrow, bit nervous as I'm fussy with food and at the moment can't work out what I could eat for breakfast as I don't eat eggs, toms, mushrooms.... can't imagine eating meat that early! also gotta get used to frying, I grill or bake everything!
    also very excited, I need to lose 3 stone tops, 2 would be great.
    I have a friend that has lost over 5 stone on the AD so think she'll inspire me to keep at it.

    height - 5.7"
    CW - 13 stone
    ideal weight 10 stone

    Welcome. I guess you have to experiment a bit with breakfast. You can have meat or left overs for breakfast. There is an eggshake recipe in the extended induction forum you could look into. Even people who do not like eggs tend to like it. Give it a try.
    Did you have a look at the book yet?

      thank you, the book hasn't arrived but will have a read through, guess it just takes a bit of getting used to.

        It does take a bit to get used to. I think for most people though when those pounds start to fall off in induction, they are hooked.
