    Found Atkins successful a few years ago then went on a carb binge and never returned...hoping to get it right this time.

    Recently lost my father (he was only 69) to diabetes and heart failure. the only footsteps of his I don't want to follow.

      Bless your heart. I'm so sorry for the loss of your Daddy. Your love for him will be the best motivation there is. Good luck to you and I hope you see major results during your induction period.
