    Hello all from the UK!

    Hi everyone, have been browsing around this site for the last couple of days as i get myself back into the atkins way of life.

    My name is Lou and i live in the UK, i have 3 gorgeous kids and wonderful fiance

    I successfully lost weight on this before, but fell off the wagon, had 2 more gorgeous children and am ready to get serious again now!
    We are due to get married next year at some point and i have been putting off setting a date due to being unhappy with my weight, and enough is enough!

    I will not be a fat bride!

    I am currently on Day 3 of induction and feeling suprisingly well, i have a long way to go, but feel so so positive about this.

        Hey LouLou,

        Great to see more people from the UK on here as i am as well

        Good luck and keep us posted. I too am revisiting atkins after putting my weight back on again. First week of induction for me!! x
