I, my name is Lucas, I´m from Argentina and Im 27 years old.

I just started with Atkins 2 weeks ago, so now I will keep on induction for 1 week.

I already loose 10 pounds. Is very helpfull to me, couse 4 years ago I was diagonsticated Hypotiroism, Im taking 75 mg of tiroxine daily.

great news Lucas -- 10 pounds less of you than when you started. You are doing wonderfully. There is a forum for people with thyroid issues that might interest you Thyroid - Atkins Diet.
