now that im 41 it's time to get back into shape...it's day 3 and i'm right on track....this worked for me about 10 yrs ago (fantastically) and I can't beleive it's taken this long to revisit the diet!!!!....life has been good, lots of wining and dining by my boyfriend, and traveling...my two son's are graduating high school in June, so i'd like to give myself a lot of focus on my fitness....NO EXCUSES ANYMORE!

hi and welcome -- we follow the 2002 DANDR book here - I wish you much success on your weight loss. Drink at least 64 ounces of pure water a day, eat only foods on the acceptable foods list and exercise....it's really just about that easy!

50 lbs gone on Sun 9/27/09
Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.
