  • HI from Long Island

    Just joined and trying Atkins for the second time in 5 years. Was going for gastric bypass and turned down by ins. co 5 years ago and started atkins and lost 63 lbs. Have slowly regained 40-I thought I was cured! Now into beg of week 2 of induction and am down 9 lbs. I love ATkins!! Nice to be here.

    Nice to see you here! Unfortunately, there is no cure. Atkins makes it a lot easier to manage forever because its easy to live with.

    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)
