  • Just saying 'hi'...

    Hello everyone. My name is Ewa and I've just joined the forum. I'm on my second week of induction, although it's not the first time I'm doing this. This time I want to make it stick...or rather I have to make it stick, as my weight just went out of control and binge eating made me jump from nice and healthy 140lbs to flabby and unhealthy 200lbs. So far it's been all right, but I can't wait to fit into size smaller clothes. Good luck to everyone, whatever stage you're in.

      welcome ewa -- glad you have found your way back to the Atkins WOE! You know the plan works as long as you follow the way it was written. Make sure your eating only foods on the acceptable food list, drink at least 64 ounces of pure water daily (coffee, tea, kool-aid, crystal light doesn't count) and exercise daily.
