Hi All: I am starting Atkins for like the 20th time. This time I intend to do it right. I am 218 lbs and I would like to get down to 130. I started induction last week but did not weigh myself due to my cycle. I am hoping that this time it works. I recognize the fact that I must watch what I eat and since doing Atkins for the past week, I feel so much better, I am not as tired and since I am an emotional eater, i have realized that i just have to start dealing with my problems directly instead of stuffing it down with sweets or high carb items because I am NOT hungry even when stressed.
I see that people have really gotten a lot from this board, and I hope to give my support as well a gain strength from you all as well. Thank you.
