  • Hi, Everyone!

    Hey guys!
I'm so happy That I found this site. You have all been encouraging and wonderful people. This is my second time around on atkins last time I lost 60 pounds. My mom was sick she was born with a hereditary liver disease and needed a liver transplant and then we found out she had liver canser she had only made it through one chemo treatment it was to hard on her liver and she past on. After she left 2 years and a few days ago, I gained it all back. So 3 weeks ago I told my self I need to be as healthy as possibe & stop using my mom and being sad as an eating excuse. I want to run with my son and teach him to play soccer. So this is my story. Thanks everone for your support!
I hope I can be supportive to all of you!

      Re: Hi, Everyone!

Welcome. It is tough to move on sometimes but as you already know Jaden needs you and needs to see you be a happier person. There is no better way to teach our kids what they need to know than byt leading by example. I know you are still really sad, but getting your health and fitness back may do even more for your outlook and attitude than you know. I am really hoping you get a good solid start with this and enjoy Atkins. Sounds like you have some great reasons to be here and you are ready for a new start!
