Hi everyone, I have decided to get started with the Atkins diet and my first day was yesterday and i can very proudly say I already lost 2 lbs in ONE DAY!!! Today is my second day and i am very excited.
I am 29 yrs old, 5'2 1/2 and I weigh 141 lbs. Because I am abit short my weight should be around 117 lbs- 130 lbs. I am aiming to reach 120-125ibs. I know this programs works because I've done it before.
I gained weight after having my baby and went up to 180 lbs but after that I excercised and ate healthy and lost 40 lbs but I still have the last 20 pounds on me and it seems like I am stuck and won't lose any more punds. so I am going to be very dedicated to my diet and reach my goal.
