    Hi everyone,

    I have decided to get started with the Atkins diet and my first day was yesterday and i can very proudly say I already lost 2 lbs in ONE DAY!!! Today is my second day and i am very excited.
    I am 29 yrs old, 5'2 1/2 and I weigh 141 lbs. Because I am abit short my weight should be around 117 lbs- 130 lbs. I am aiming to reach 120-125ibs. I know this programs works because I've done it before.
    I gained weight after having my baby and went up to 180 lbs but after that I excercised and ate healthy and lost 40 lbs but I still have the last 20 pounds on me and it seems like I am stuck and won't lose any more punds. so I am going to be very dedicated to my diet and reach my goal. I promise, Wish me Luck!!!

    Welcome. I am happy that you have gotten off to such a quick start. If you can't stay away from the scale try not to get frustrated if it goes up and down a bit. This happens a lot during Induction (and even later) so don't freak. Since you don't have much to lose it may take longer than you expect but it will work! Happy you found us.
